      Shandong Jinan Qilu Science Patent Office Ltd. (involving foreign patent affaires) is a restructured unit of the former Shandong Patent Law Office， which is affiliated to Intellectual Property Office of Shandong， and is the first patent agency concerning foreign patent affaires in Ji’nan designated by State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China.       Song Yongli， graduated and obtained the bachelor’s degree in 1982; qualified as a patent agent in 1985 and lawyer in 1989.
